Some stains are permanent depending on the fabric and how long they've set — and if we can't get it out, we tell you before we process the order, so there are no surprises on your bill.

Every stain is different, and so is every fabric. That's why we don't guess.
We inspect and spot-treat by hand before anything goes through cleaning. Delicate fabrics get tested first so the treatment doesn't do more harm than the stain.
If it's coming out, it comes out. If it won't — set-in, old, or on a fabric that can't take the treatment — we call you first. You decide before we proceed.
