Yes. Gowns are cleaned and pressed by hand — beading, lace, and long trains get individual attention — then professionally preserved and boxed so the dress keeps for years. Pickup and delivery are free, so you never haul a gown across town.

How does Saturday pickup and delivery work, and how do I schedule by text?
Text Mike from the button or QR code on this site — it takes about a minute. Pick a two-hour window between 1pm and 6pm Saturday; Mike confirms before he comes. Every item is tagged and logged at pickup, cleaned hotel-grade, and delivered back to your door pressed and hung. Pickup and delivery are free; you pay only for the cleaning. No signup, no minimum.

Do you clean comforters, duvets, and blankets that won't fit in a home washer?
Yes. Comforters, duvets, blankets, and bedspreads too big for a home machine get the same hotel-grade process our hotel partners trust. Book a free Saturday pickup and it's handled — no laundromat trip. Standard turnaround is about a week; rush is available for a fee.

What is the turnaround time, and do you offer rush or emergency service?
Standard turnaround is about one week. Need it sooner? Rush and emergency cleaning are available for an additional fee. VIP Members get priority plus extra pickup days beyond Saturday.

Do you offer wash-and-fold laundry, and can it come along with pickup and delivery?
Yes. Wash-and-fold is available for everyday laundry that doesn't need dry cleaning, and it rides along with the same Saturday pickup — just mention it when you book. One pickup, one delivery, everything back at your door.
Do you pick up and deliver on days other than Saturday?
Free pickup and delivery run every Saturday. For other days,
VIP Membership ($39 a month, cancel anytime) adds extra pickup and delivery days plus priority on rush orders.
How do you handle stains, and will you tell me if one won't come out?
Every stain is spot-tested and treated by hand, and every item is tagged and logged at pickup. If a stain looks like it won't fully come out, we tell you before we process the order — no surprises on your bill.
